Business Administrator
Steve Jakubowski
Mr. Steve Jakubowski is excited and honored to be HOME in the West Deptford Public Schools!
Steve will be serving the West Deptford School District as the School Business Administrator and Board Secretary. In this position, he will oversee the Business/Finance Office, Facilities Department, Transportation Department, and Cafeteria Services.
Mr. Jakubowski is a proud West Deptford alumni and West Deptford Hall of Famer. He holds a Dual Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance and Business Management from Long Island University-Brooklyn and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University.
Throughout his tenure in education, Mr. Jakubowski has served as a mathematics teacher, instructional supervisor, vice principal, varsity soccer coach, varsity baseball coach, athletic director, and school business administrator. In all of his positions, he has taken all challenges head on with three things on the forefront of his mind:
1. Student Safety 2. Student Growth 3. Student Success.
As an alumni, lifelong resident, taxpayer, and employee of this wonderful town, Mr. Jakubowski constantly strives to add on to its success and reputation.
Steve and his wife, Jenna (also a WD alum and WD Hall of Famer!), have been happily married for more than 10 years and have been raising their family in West Deptford. Together they have two sons and a daughter that are very excited to be a part of this prideful community and outstanding school district. GO EAGLES!
