Student Registration Information |
| For the 2011-2012 school year, registration will be completed at the school your child will attend. This applies to all grade levels. Additional registration information is included below. Printable versions can be downloaded here
for *UPDATED* Kindergarten and 1st-12th grades. |
Registration Procedure:
To complete the registration process, a new student must:
Be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless:
- a. The student is not living with a parent or guardian,
then he/she must establish proof of residence
in the township and present appropriate domicile papers.
- b. A student is 18 years of age or older.
- c. The student is an emancipated minor.
Have a birth certificate and/or a notarized document to confirm
under which legal category attendance is being affected:
- d. natural born son/daughter
- e. custodial
- f. adoption
- g. ward of custody
- h. domicile

To register a student in West Deptford Township Public Schools, you must have the following:
Proof of Residency (Two are needed)
- Property Tax Bill
- Deed
- Contract of Sale
- Lease
- Settlement Papers
- Mortgage
- Signed Letter from Landlord
- Voter Registration
- Driver’s License
- Permit
- Financial Account Information
- Utility Bills
- Delivery Receipts
- Court Orders
- State Agency Agreement
